Having originally trained in Textile Design at Leicester Art College, I developed an interest in ceramics in the early 80's and through this ran a very successful business designing and making decorative ceramics in the South East.

On moving to Gloucestershire in 2003, I decided on a change of direction and returned to my passion of painting and drawing which has culminated in this present range of paintings and mirror frames.

I explore the textures, colour and the landscape that I live in.

I work in oils on recycled, seasoned wood which enables me to capture the energy and vibrancy of my natural surroundings.

Each piece is unique as it responds to the seasons and the natural quality of the wood.
